How To Order:

1.Online ordering via our 100% Secure Server Shopping Cart or  you can choose PAYPAL 

2. email your requirements to us then one of our sales staff will contact you for your credit card details and delivery address. Please do not send your credit card details via unsecured email.

3.Alternatively simply phone or fax your order: 01202 736652  Fax: 01202 715599 (Phone lines open between 10am until 5-30pm.)

EXPORT ORDER/ENQUIRIES welcome but will only be dealt with via fax or email. Payments will only accepted via PayPal.

 

DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery to any UK Mainland address is free on all orders exceeding £100.00. We only use reputable carriers and delivery will normally be 3/4 working days for ex-stock items. 70% of orders we have received have been delivered to the customer next day!

IF NEXT DAY is expressly requested a charge of £25.00 will be required.

For orders below £100.00 a delivery charge of £5.50 will apply.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS
All items purchased online through this website carry a manufacturers Warranty of 12 months against breakdown, unless otherwise stated. Damaged items are NOT covered under warranty.

Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice on all items listed.

All items within these pages are subject to availability.

Cancellation of any order should be made as soon as possible, we make every effort to dispatch the goods the same day or next day. If a cancellation is received after the goods are dispatched the return carriage as with refund requests will be the responsibility of the customer. Where a refund is requested the amount due will be credited back to the relevant credit card used by the customer, within 30 days of receiving the returned goods.

We offer a 14 day no quibble money-back guarantee.

Items returned for credit must be unused, in the original packaging and returned within 14 days. 

We regret we cannot accept the following  for credit;

  • Items returned damaged because of poor packaging or as a result of misuse.

Please advise us prior to returning goods so we are able to assist you as to the easiest method of return. 

Complaints should be directed to Repairline in writing stating clearly the nature of the complaint which will be dealt with within 48 hours of receipt.

Orders placed through this website or as a result, are done so on the understanding and acceptance of the Terms & Conditions by the consumer.  (This does not effect your statutory rights)
